At Access Denied, we want you to be fully satisfied with your streetwear; if your fit isn't right, you can return or exchange unworn items within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all original tags remain attached and the garments are in their original condition to qualify for a full refund.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Print Your Label
Once approved, a prepaid shipping label will be generated for you to download and print directly from your browser.
Package Your Gear
Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are intact, and affix the return shipping label to the outside of the box.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your receipt; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt at our warehouse.
